Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF)
- Town submitted pre-application in 2004 for
this project.
- EFC will notify the Town

project will be funded.

- This area’s water problems made it a priority NYS community for
getting hardship funding.
- Proposed project scored 135 points which allowed it to qualify for
hardship funding.
- Funding based on Median Household Income of the Town.

- The Town of New Haven’s median household income (MHI), as per the 2000
Census, is $40,324.
- Funding is based on the MHI of the community.
- This year, a score of 125 points was required to be funded, and 145
points was necessary for the potential to receive grant funding.
- The projected target service cost for the Town is $470/Year

- Average project 1st year cost per typical household will be
approximately $526/yr.**
- May receive EFC grant in the future .
- Quarterly water use rate should be approximately $22.50 for the first
5,000 gallons and $2.25 per 1000 gallons used over 5,000 gallons.
