Burley-Guminiak Firm History Burley-Guminiak & Associates was formed as the result of the partnering between two well established consulting engineers, formerly employed by a large New York State architectural/engineering firm. Originally organized as a partnership, our business has transitioned to Burley-Guminiak & Associates, Consulting Engineers, P.L.L.C. The firm is recognized for its specialists in civil, site, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineering; construction administration, geographical information systems, and grantsmanship. In 1996, Burley-Guminiak & Associates became a consulting engineering company, with ownership interest extended to Mr. Robert F. Guminiak, P.E. and Mr. Timothy A. Burley, P.E. Burley-Guminiak & Associates’ clients have an owner actively involved in every project. Burley-Guminiak & Associates strives to maintain advanced services, both technologically and professionally, while simultaneously laying the groundwork for the future. With a long history of repeat business, the firm looks back and takes pride in its history of excellence. We standby our clients and their projects, offering high quality services with a personal touch. Burley-Guminiak & Associates recognizes the need for technology to capitalize on the benefit of value engineering for its clients. Our policy on quality is simple and direct. Burley-Guminiak & Associates has an excellent record of accomplishment in providing quality engineering design services, reports, controlling costs, administering contracts and completing projects on schedule.
